She has over 20 years of sales and customer service experience of which she spent over 10 years with
Borders Books and Music in various levels of management. She has taught adult and childrens yoga classes throughout Richmond.
Lydia is a registered Certified Integral YogaŽ Teacher with Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level since 2005.
She is also a certified Feng Shui Practitioner and Chinese Astrologer offering her services by appointment.
Lydia's other business, Kharma Khameleon(founded in 1999),is an online Buddhist/Spiritual web shop which is
the new home for all her yoga classes and the continuation of the summer yoga camp.
